Job Title: Immigration & Compliance ManagerLocation: East Brunswick, NJ

Responsibilities
• Act as a subject matter expert and primary contact for all immigration matters including H1B, PERM and related processes.
• Work with global Immigration teams to complete the Immigration paperwork, review, print, scan and ship to the USCIS.
• Manage all immigration end to end related processes interacting directly with employees, managers, leaders as well as internal and external counsel.
• Stay up to date on H1B employees’ job change’s locations, duties, terminations to ensure nonimmigrant work status remains in compliance.
