Must Have Skills:
- Should have a minimum of 10+ years of ABAP HR experience and 4-5 years in the ABAP HR payroll domain.
- Excellent Knowledge of US SAP Payroll Schemas, Payroll Operations and Personnel calculation Rules.
- Should have understanding of US HR Payroll Execution Process, Time Infotypes, Benefits Infotypes and Finance tables as they integrate with SAP Payroll.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in or US taxes Federal, State province etc. generation of W2- Configuration of PY-FI integration to third party system would be preferred
- Working knowledge in Agile (SAFe) is desirable
- Working knowledge in Retail or Apparel & Footwear Industry is preferred
