Business Analyst and configuration guide for Charities applications including Char410, char 500 and FileNet application and E-payment applications including but not limited to REF E-pay, IPB E-pay and future SilverCar E-Pay application.
Day-to-Day Tasks include, but not limited to:
- Plan and perform IT system research and information gathering activities.
- Review, document, and categorize current “as-is” state of the business process or function including creating flow charts and process models.
- Identify and document the scope of business process changes or enhancements required by procedural changes or by changes to laws and statutes.
- Develop plans for requirements and system design sessions, ensure that agency needs are properly documented, and proposed solutions are properly vetted with all stakeholders prior to being implemented.
