Experience in Auto Finance domainExperience as Business Analyst/Product Owner/Domain Consultant4 years of experience in Test Strategy, Test Automation, Test Design, Test Execution analysis & reportingExperience with Lean/Agile development methodologiesUnderstand (intra/inter) dependencies between all elements of Auto Financing and how all work together to implement the best possible solutionExperience in leading multiple projects and cross-functional teams, and ability to coordinate across teams in a large organizationShould have experience in working closely with Business teamsWork with release management to ensure products are thoroughly tested, published results, and rollback plans are capturedMust have working experience in Offshore/Onshore modelExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in Estimation, prioritization, planning, coordinating testing activities and assisting the team in packaging functionality for optimized test execution aligned to overall project milestones.Candidate should be willing to relocate to Seattle
