Description:A background in operation or manufacturing type environments will be more beneficial to this position.The Program Manager (PM) designs, plans, and coordinates work teams. Provides technical support to project team members. Handles complex application features and technical designs. Designs and implements the components required for complex application features. Generally manages a group of applications systems analysts. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Usually reports to a senior manager.We will need a resource with Project Management experience and it would be nice to have someone who has worked in a warehouse setting with experience implementing warehouse management systems. The system used by ABD is Microsoft Dynamics AIX. The next project will be implementing a licensing system using Salesforce, Basic Gov. This position will be housed at Alcohol Beverage Division (ABD).Most of the projects at ABD will be related to warehouse management or operations. They recently implemented Microsoft Dynamics AX as an ERP. Phase 1 is complete but there are more phases to be determined. They just kicked off a licensing application to issue licenses and permits to stores, bars and restaurants. They are also doing a voice picker system that relates to warehouse operations. A PM who has experience with 3rd party application integration would be a plus. PM3:8 to 10 years of experience. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, performs a variety of complicated tasks, may lead and direct the work of others, may report directly to a project lead or manager, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.Questions:Question: The Contractor must report any disciplinary action,misdemeanor or felony convictions to the State for any temporary IT staff provided.
