Detailed Job Description:
- MS SQL Server: (Primary - Mandatory )
- Specific skills needed to perform or understand sql queries, should be able to write queries for good support of database validations or logs
- Good knowledge on high availability(Always ON, Replication, clustering etc.)
- Able to take quick and right decisions in business hours/off hours/weekends if there is something went wrong related to the database or server.
- Should be able to take right decisions on blocking issues
- Troubleshooting slow running queries and take necessary steps to resolve them
- Troubleshooting the fails backup jobs
- Building and supporting processes to replicate data from one datastore to another, often from on premise to AWS
- SQL Server Version Upgrades
