Description:
FileNet resource is required to configure and implement FileNet software
based on imaging and document management solutions for Michigan State Police
(MSP). MSP firearms registration records will be scanned and retained in
FileNet.
Resource will work on site at the MSP Headquarters building and, but not
limited to, the following:
Setup scanning and document indexing environment.
Configure document repository.
Define document types and user profiles.
Configure search templates in work place.
Assist MSP in acceptance testing.
Conduct end-user training for MSP staff. Assist MSP/DTMB staff to rollout
the system.
Years of Experience:
Advanced experience in the IT industry and as a programmer.
Job Description:

experience in specialized IT technologies, which may not be widely used or
are new to the industry, including the ability to mentor other staff in the
use of the specialty technologies and make recommendations on the use of the
specialty technologies and integration within the organization's
architecture.
