Description:
Seeks a Senior Business Integration Analyst with proven business analysis and project management expertise to ensure that VDOT achieves maximum business value from its Information Technology projects. This position is primarily responsible for completing and managing the Requirements Phase of projects and Investment Business Cases to define business objectives and scope, document user stories and business requirements, identify potential technical solutions, evaluate and collaborate with the Information Technology Division to propose a best technical solution, and develop business case documentation (cost-benefit analysis, ROI, etc.) to obtain execution approval by VDOT’s Strategic Technology Board (STB). Once approval is obtained an IT Project Manager will lead the execution phase of the project.
This person must be: communicative, engaged, knowledgeable, motivated and extremely efficient.
