Experience Required:College degree and 4 years of related work experience, or Associate degree and 6 years related work experience, or High School diploma/equivalent and 8 years related work experience.8+ years Asset Management experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent problem-solving skills and being able to work with people across multiple locations.Experience of facilitating meetings with stakeholders to review and solve key issues.Well organized and self-motivated.Ability to work well with people with varying technical, business, and cultural backgrounds.Experience working with senior management in formal presentations, escalations and issue resolutions.Strong negotiation and influencing skills.Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Sharepoint.Ability to translate and simplify complex business and technical concepts.Ideal Experience:10+ years of Project Management experience.2+ years Fixed Income project experience.Experience managing senior sponsors – 4 year minimum.Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Sharepoint.Technical skills – Microsoft office including Visio, PowerPoint.Excellent presentation skills particularly to senior management.Soft skills to motivate people and navigate a complex global working environment.Project management certification (PMP, Prince II etc.).
