- WFR Module of Workforce Dimensions are included in the implementation scope. All WFD features that fall within these modules that Client wishes to use are included in the scope of work.
- All services will be delivered remotely except if additional onsite services are purchased.
- Deliver all standard interfaces connecting Client’s Kronos System to Client’s UltiPro system, plus up to 3 additional integrations with external systems using the Dell Boomi™ Workforce Dimensions Integration Platform. Integrations are based on predefined templates and are assumed to be low to medium complexity. Interfaces are scheduled via Workforce Dimensions and transfers data via flat files (CSV) to the Workforce Dimensions secure FTP (SFTP) environment. Real-time, bidirectional, direct API and other high-complexity integrations are available for additional cost.
