Responsibilities:
- Work day to day with business users on report variations in PowerBI and excel
- Work with multiple vendors to determine root cause or fix, and work with vendors to ensure fixes are in place
- Monitor and validate data in Azure Data lake, work to resolve issues, discrepancies
- Be able to verify SQL process
- Troubleshoot Azure Data factory jobs
- Work to improve data lake process
- Seek enhancements working with vendors to make the system more reliable without human intervention
- Improve pro-active alerting for failures, and problem resolution
- Meet and work with Product Owners and Business Analysts to forecast future business needs around reporting
Deliver minor PowerBI functions from the Data warehouse or with designated partner to do so.
