Detailed Job descritpion:
- The contractor will be responsible for performing IT Triage and resolving complex Cúram application defects and issues.
- The individual will collaborate with the team to diagnose, resolve, delegate and assign issues to the appropriate work stream within the Cúram application (application intake, rules, batch processes, etc.).
