Responsibilities:
· Serves in a strategic role over the Informatica platform offering and the delivery of data integration solutions to Nissan Digital teams and business divisions.
· Works directly F2F with Digital delivery teams and business product owners/stakeholders on projects and demand…to elicit requirements, understand the business as it relates to the requested system development, and solutioning the appropriate data architecture & platform components.
· Participates in business process reengineering & continuous improvement initiatives for customer’s data pipeline.
· Processes the project, enhancement & demand/tech consult requests within Digital and identifies optimal team mix within the Regional Data Office to support.
· Assists in setting service level agreements & delivery timeframe for projects with Informatica components based on value, feasibility & impact/timing.
