Why is this role open?
Our client wishes to improve network visibility and ultimately enhance their ability to proactively address network performance degradation and reliability. In order to assist with this effort, you will collaborate extensively with a senior network engineer for subject matter expertise of the infrastructure. Your focus as the LEAD Developer will be to communicate with various stakeholders, application owners, and developers to gain a holistic understanding of the evolving environment (which is currently hybrid cloud with a cloud native direction including a heavily used enterprise grade customer facing website and native mobile application) to develop a custom monitoring tool that the company will utilize to monitor network outages, application failures, and create increased visibility around the root cause various network issues.
