Experience as HCM Implementation consultants in sub modules - Personnel Administration, Org Management, Benefits, Payroll, Time Management and Enterprise Compensation Management. Experience in SAP US Payroll is must.Handled at least 1-2 End to End Implementations and 3-4 support projects.Must have good knowledge of the integration points between HCM with other SAP Modules like FICO, PP, PM, PS etc. Mandatory to have deep knowledge of InfoTypes, Master Data, Business Process Scenarios, PCRs and Schemas, data flow using different types of interfaces etcLeading the team, in functional capacity, adding value to the project and to the final deliverables produced by Team.Having experience in RFP response and efforts estimation.Coordination with Basis, business users, Customer IT and/or business partners for release activities and/or SAP change requests.Excellent Communication & customer facing Skills .Certifications Needed: No
