Technical Expertise:• A minimum of 6/8 years of related network operations experience is required• Experience managing complex Network infrastructure within data centers and remote locations is required• Technical knowledge and experience with converged infrastructure, switching / routing in a large and complex Network, DHCP, DNS, IP, IP management tools, network management applications, WAN routing, WAN/LAN/Wireless LAN topologies, MPLS and other WAN technologies, IPT, traffic shaping / QoS, OSPF/EIGRP/BGP, firewalls (ASA/FTD).• Through Knowledge of Routing and Switching; solid understanding of Routing Protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP) and Gateway Redundancy Protocols (HSRP, VSS) is required• Knowledge of VoIP, Multicast, STP, VTP and Virtual LAN’s and Trunking (VLAN’s); Network Security (ACL’s, IPSec Tunnels), Firewalls (Security Appliances), NetFlow, IPSLA, and VPN technologies is preferred• Expert on Switch/Router/Firewall Upgrades• Routing Protocols/Wan• Switching - L2• Firewalls• Overall Network Skills• Troubleshooting Skills• VPN Technology• MPLS• Flex VPN/Failovers• Cloud - Azure Services• Netscaler• Switch UpgradesProven Troubleshooting experience• Good written and oral communication skills• Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute in a high-pressure environment• Exceptional customer service orientation• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment• Understanding ITIL standards, policies, and guidelines• Understand and maintain SLA's• Certifications such as, CCNA, CCNP highly preferred
