Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:
- Understand the Business Requirements, Scenarios, Use Cases, UI preferences from customer.
- Evaluate effort, manage activities in order to meet delivery deadlines.
- Understand and analyze the software system design, and propose the appropriate algorithms, theories or technologies.
- Identify and manage dependencies with other components and highlight them as necessary.
- Develop code and corresponding unit tests in respect of quality rules.
- Define R&D supported solution and methodology for configurations/extensions etc.
