Job Description:

• • GENERAL: Has experience in conducting data analysis with expertise in different business and IT data groups, application wide analysis and proposal of solutions. Assembles, analyzes, and represents customer business data requirements. Performs feasibility data analysis, scopes project, recommends alternative solutions, project strategy and deliverable prioritization.
  SQL experience is required for data analysis effortsData source experience required:Have necessary understanding of Client, Account and Relationship data structures.Understanding of Legal agreement and Product is helpful.Financial industry data source experience is helpful.Individual needs to be able to independently dive into the project, no in-depth training. Fully understand the gaps, reach out to the appropriate people in the organization and create their own requirement gathering meetings.The Business Analyst, the closest to the analysis and on the appropriateness of the data requirements, will coordinate with MDM Product Management and MDM Data Governance on final requirement decisions.Needs to be able to gather, communicate and write the appropriate level of requirements to be turned into finalized documentation appropriate for developer coding and tester test case/script documentation.Strong data analysis skills are required to learn and understand the structure of the required data within the MDM source and within MDM so that it can be documented and informed to other MDM stakeholdersStrong communication skills required to gather requirements from source contacts and socialize the written documentation with MDM IT and Product Management for approvalAlong with data understanding, strong writing skills are required to document detail data design requirements specific to source and target data integrationBusiness Analyst should be able to perform as the leader in coordination of project requirements and stakeholders needs (source contacts, developers, testers, Product Managers, Project Managers, Program Managers)
