Description:
Supporting Arkansas Insurance Department’s role in the Affordable Care Act implementation with DW/Data Mart creation, Data Integration and Reporting using Microsoft and other technologies.
Work hours will vary from week-to-week.
Work will need to be performed at the Client Site.
Local candidates preferred.
Experience in Affordable Care Act QHP and Dental regulatory data processing highly desired.
This senior role and calls for ability to work alone and deliver with minimal supervision and guidance. This is much more than a BI developer role. Candidate must be able to single handedly design and create sound Data Warehouse/Data marts & deliver reports using Microsoft technologies (SQL Server/SSIS/SSRS etc.). Person should be able to advise and engage with experienced Server Administrators, DBAs and/or BI experts on development and production standards, security, best practices and architecture implementations while building DW/DM/ETL/Reporting environments using Microsoft technologies.
