This Senior Level GIS Software Developer position has a development role. The incumbent’s responsibilities include creating map-based applications and services using a broad range of tools. Key development tools include Esri developer tools such as ArcGIS API for JavaScript, ArcGIS Server REST API, and ArcPy (Esri python package). The incumbent will create data-centric applications that use a range of data sources including ArcSDE databases, data feeds as REST endpoints, and ORACLE databases. Products include responsive design web applications, geo-processing tools, Web APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and mobile map-based applications. Projects may require use of non-Esri mapping clients, such as Google Maps API, MapBox, CartoDB, and Leaflet.
