Complete Description:
The IT Business Analyst works with the agency to collect relevant agency operational and IT specific profile data to compile business processes and make recommendations that will aid in the implementation of the agency’s electronic case management system. The purpose of the position is to assist senior managers in providing clear guidance and prioritization to the case management system vendor.
Essential Job Functions:
Meet with business unit managers and line staff to identify and document processes, protocols, and practices relevant to the case management system’s use cases.
Maintain the collection the information in a database for tracking,
Make recommendations for efficiency improvements.
Create and manage documentation related to the business process assessment.
