Required Skills:
• Practical project experience as a FileNet Developer / Administrator• Hands on experience with IBM Filenet• Working knowledge of IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS)• Possesses excellent leadership and people skills• Superior ability to communicate with technical team members and business users• Must be able to learn new material quickly and have strong logical and problem-solving skills• Experience with Web services• Experience with IBM FileNet P8• Experience in designing and implementing a case manager internal application using FileNet 5.1 & 5.2 (IBM Case Manager, IBM ICN, XT, CE, PE, IS-CFS, IBM CSS, and E-Discovery).• Experienced with administering and troubleshooting issues for a full P8 environment, including Content Engine, Process Engine, Application Engine and WorkplaceXT, ICN• FileNet P8 Process Engine, Content Engine, and Application Engine.• Development of customer components using FileNet CE and PE APIs.• IBM P8 Certifications are a plus. P8 Forms experience is a plus.• Experience developing workflows using Process Designer is a plus
