Supports the data and business analysis needs of Network Management Centers. Utilizes understanding of both business process and advanced technical capabilities of industry standard tools used to help implement solutions..
Duties&Responsibilities
Facilitates communication between Network Operations and Information Technology from initial requirements to final implementation. Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
The Business Systems Analyst will focus on gathering, analyzing, specifying, and validating the business needs of stakeholders. This includes interviewing stakeholders and gathering and compiling user requirements to understand the technology solutions they need.
Apply communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help the business make good technology decisions related to the Service Assurance.
The job involves technology-based analysis of business practices, processes and problems; developing solutions which will involve process design, data and information architecture, software development and policy or procedural changes; creating specifications for systems to meet requirements; validating requirements against needs; designing details of automated systems;
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the network management and customer experience.
Works on multiple projects as a project team member, occasionally driving them.
Requirements:
More than 5 years of graduate (or more) experience with Telecom, Project Management and Business Analyst experience
Business knowledge of Network Alarm Processing, Work Ticket Creation and Managing the Network.
Thorough understanding of the system development life cycle.
Should have worked in any of the Agile Methodologies include Scrum, Agile and SAFe.
Experience gathering and documenting business & functional Requirements
Strong skills with core Business Analyst and Information Technology tools including DevOps tool, Jira, Jenkins etc.
