Job Responsibilities/Requirements:• Good knowledge of TSO/ISPF, JCL, Mainframe tools and utilities• Strong in analyzing and understanding Business specifications, testing requirementsand Developing detailed Test plans, Test cases, Test scripts, Test Scenarios.• Experience in creating Trace-ability Matrix to ensure comprehensive test coverage ofrequirements by performing different types of testing - Integration, System,Functional, GUI, Regression, Sanity and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)• Good knowledge of JCL• Ability to build complex mainframe batch JCL jobs• Executed complex mainframe batch jobs and able to debug errors• Execute test cases as per the QA plan for the project and report progress of testexecution• Responsible for providing estimates for new projects based on QA life cycle• Responsible for determining QA priorities based on expertise and knowledge of theapplication under test• Experience with bug tracking tools like Quality Center or other test managementsoftware a plus• Report defects in the defect management system and ensure the status of the defect istracked to closure, which will involve retesting of defects that are fixed by developmentteam
• Experience in Waterfall and Agile methodology/Scrum• Experience in Agile Tools including Rally, Agile Central, JIRA etc.• Prior experience testing software using test automation tools• Candidate should possess strong coordination and relationship building skills whileinteracting across Clients and stakeholders• Possess excellent analytical skills with good communication and self-organizing skills,assertive and a committed team player• Update daily status reports and coordinate with offshore for daily work assignment• Lead the team's daily activities; provide guidance and support to junior team members• Knowledge of Brokerage domain

COBOL, JCL, VSAM, ISPF, CICS, REXX, DB2, Teradata, SQL Server,JSON/SOAP API's, Endevor, Xpeditor, BMC, OPC, SPUFI, QMF, CA7, QUALITYCENTER, ALM, DB2 FILE AID, JIRA, Version one, SOAP UI, ECLIPSE and SQL Query Assistant for Information Warehouse.
Education Requirements for the PositionThe minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupationduties is a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems,Engineering or closely related field with relevant experience.
