Technology Lead to interact with client for L2 and L3 Production Support
• L2 and L3 Production Support for ORPOS solution • Interaction with the Follett stakeholders • Coordination with offshore team
• Expert in ORPOS functionalities.
• Experience with Oracle Retail Xstore
• Should have good knowledge in the integration of ORPOS with external devices such Credit card terminal, Printers, Scanner, Magnetic Swipe readers, etc...
• Integration of ORPOS with other products such as ORSIM, ORMS, etc...
• Serves as a lead team member to prioritize, delegate and disseminate the work on the project delivery team and / or across multiple projects.
