As a Coach, you will work exclusively with a single Product Team in an Immersive DevOps Dojo model. This model uses short iterations to allow the team to rapidly gain experience and accelerate learning through more frequent cycles of their development process. Teams in the Dojo will complete 12 iterations (2.5 days each) during the 6-week model. The goals of the Dojo are to help teams improve their ability to deliver high-quality software by:
- Optimizing the flow of work;
- Managing, monitoring and measuring the Continuous Deliver pipeline;
and Improving the reliability of software delivery.
