Summary:
- This role will be expected to provide conventional waterfall PM leadership as well provide Scrum Master Services when assigned.
- Initially, the PM will be working in a waterfall environment specifically on Security technologies - firewalls, PCI compliance, SOX compliance, active directory, laptop encryption, updating out of support operating systems, etc.
- They need a BROAD understanding of security technologies.
Agile Expectations:
- Coordinate and monitor the Scrum process Post Ideation through all planned production delivery increments. Facilitates scrum ceremonies.
- Maintain product backlog and release plan, and facilitate productivity by setting up meetings and removing impediments that may obstruct the pursuit of the team's sprint goals.
