Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years' recent experience with learning management systems, plus • Direct Workday HCM/Learning experience • Experience integrating Workday version releases into production environment • Ability to drive project tasks including project management, development of test strategies / test scripts • Experience with campaigns, media cloud, mobile devices, third-party integration (preferred)This contract position is six months with option to extend and potential for contract to hire ******************************************************************************** Job Description The Learning Management System (LMS) specialist/technologist will perform a variety of activities to support the ongoing maintenance and strategic usage of the Workday Learning Management System. This role serves as the LMS expert, performing day-to-day maintenance, guidance, troubleshooting, learning content uploads, reporting, implementation of LMS upgrades and enhancements, and maintaining the overall learner experience. In this role, you'll need to have expertise in the tools used to deliver and manage learning, including learning management systems (LMS), video streaming, and content delivery platforms. You'll also need to have a passion for combining these tools to create optimum learner experience, as well as in delivering business impact by developing the skills of our global colleagues. Responsibilities Workday Learning Tactical/Consult • Provide consultative support and guidance on the proper usage and implementation of learning objects within the LMS- including third-party content • Consult campaigning and campaign management beyond compliance courses • Consult on Workday Learning and learning experience platform user interface/ user experience configurations (UI/UX) • Provide guidance on creating reusable reports and Worklets • Integrate Workday Version release updates (Program video scoring/ Consumption metrics/ Playlists) • Create, document, and implement standard practices for content publishing within the LMS (i.e., course titles, descriptions, search terms, etc.) • Consult existing learning objects contained within the LMS and recommend solutions for updating / retiring existing learning objects

DevelopmenUSandbox server testing of new functionality (test cases) • Research and implement solutions to create automated / dynamic enrollments and notifications, based on job role, and time in position • Participate in decisions regarding learning technology infrastructure • Partner with other members of the Learning Operations Team to realign learning objects within the LMS, with an emphasis on learner experience and content curation • Mobile enablement functional testingLMS Administration • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve simple and complex issues encountered with the regular use of the LMS- maintain system issue tracking • Establish, review, document governance and standard operating procedures as it relates to new features and functions • Create, run, and distribute standard and custom reports, ensuring for data accuracy and integrity • Respond to ad hoc LMS requests, while maintaining consistent standards of service and timeliness • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for end-user and administrator issuesLearning Intranet • SharePoint content move/redirect • Partner with Learning Leadership on a global learner experience (via Yammer, HTML, and similar technologies)Requirements, • Three to five *** years' experience providing administrative and strategic support of a learning management system (LMS) for a global audience, (highly desire experience with Workday Learning) • Experience understanding and communicating technical requirements to technical and nontechnical audiences • Experience publishing, testing, and managing SCORM-based/SCORM wrap learning content • Expe...
