Role Scope / Deliverables: The qualified applicant will become part of Thermo Fisher Scientific’s HR Technology Services team supporting Human Capital Management systems. In this role, the individual will provide end-user support for various human resource systems. The applicant will use their technical knowledge and customer service skills to resolve issues in a timely and personable manner. This role will also have the opportunity to implement technical solutions in support of the human resource business processes. The individual will be responsible for working closely with business partners and the end-user community, internal IT staff, and external staff.
