Servicenow/Sr Monitoring Administrator/Need only US Citizens
Duration: 12 months, convert to FTE. Must be able to get a security clearance

Notes: Manager is building out capacity of the Enterprise Monitoring team. They are moving from pure infrastructure monitoring to service level monitoring which will include implementing procedures for other teams to execute to address the application issues.

Description:
Experience in collaboration with a variety of IT stakeholders in design and maintenance of production-quality monitoring and log analytics system including reports and dashboards to support data analysis and visualization
- Experience in incorporating application log files and other data sources into visualization tools from a centralized Splunk and ServiceNow instance
- Experience in architecture, design, support maintenance, and expansion of a service monitoring architecture.
- Provide expertise with planning and performing upgrades and support a maturing ecosystem of monitoring and service analytics tools
- This position requires scheduled weekend and after-hours tasks, as well as after-hours emergency support.
