Responsibilities
Lead as project manager during the analysis, design, and implementation of the project
Partner with stakeholders to determine needs, define and plan project scope
Identify, document and address change management and governance issues
Ensure adherence to the project plan and for the escalation of issues to project, program and/or business leadership
Facilitate information-gathering sessions to identify, obtain and categorize content for the PMO toolkit and methodologies
Advocates change and improvement of systems, procedures, processes and tools in support of project management
Ensure a common project management framework is followed
Build document templates and re-useable business artifacts
Develop training materials for the PM methodologies and processes as needed
