Title: SMO (Seperation Management Office) consultant
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 6+ Months
Visa Status: GC or Citizens.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- 5 to 7 years of experiencein Separation Management Office
- Data Analysis, Project and Stakeholder management, Dash boarding and Reporting
- Step plan ownership and SME
- Detailed insight and knowledge of the step plan utilized to socialize transactions and impacts with stakeholders across deals
- Drive analysis of the DT scoping process by providing transaction details and LEs per deal to verify among DT teams
- Ultimately used to assess impact of deal transactions on DT ERPs and Corporate Shared Systems
- Consolidate risks/issues identified by DT teams - track & monitor mitigations and actions taken to resolve risk/issue
- Create risk logs to highlight high priority DT risks
- Tracking DT activities across deals
- Creating and updating dashboards used to monitor all DT activities for all deals
- Running regular cadences with Fin DT & business leads (i.e. Aviation, Power). Get updates from leads and use those updates for DT leadership presentations
- Provide DT SMOs with weekly changes to the GSMO step plan - highlight steps/deals with particular impact
- Partner with Global Ops to provide Fin DT with deal scope (company codes, LEs, due dates, etc.) required for system assessments and project cost estimates
- Weekly status update presentations for DT GSMO and Michigan SteerCo
- Deal/project pipeline assessment and future requirement planning
- Project management, divestiture/separation, and IT implementation expertise
