Position: PeopleSoft Developer
Location: Tempe, Arizona
Duration: 5-6 months
Client: HCL/Retail Customer
Job Description:
- 4 years of PeopleSoft development experience working with PeopleSoft Finance 9.0 or later
- Proficient in the Design, Development, Enhancement, and Maintenance of PeopleSoft modules.
- Experience writing SQL and SQR
- PeopleSoft functional and technical expertise with some of the below modules:
- Accounts Payable
- General Ledger
- Asset Management
- Project Costing
- PeopleSoft technical programming experience, including the use of:
- People Tools
- People Code
- Application Designer
- Integration Broker
- Application Engine
- Component Interfaces
- Workflow
- BI Publisher
- Web Services & SOA technologies
- Solid knowledge of Oracle Database and Unix Operating System
- Ability to write Shell script.
- Strong familiarity with table structures of Oracle’s Finance modules
- Previous experience troubleshooting and debugging PeopleSoft application-related problems
- Experience designing, building, testing, and troubleshooting system to system interfaces
- Requires strong analytical skills capable of understanding and documenting business processes and functional requirements
- Requires strong interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of Business and IT management
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Mandatory Skills:
- PeopleSoft development experience working with PeopleSoft Finance 9.0 or later versions
