Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Description:
- Supports the Enterprise Architecture and Engineering teams
- Provides advice and support on significant and complex projects company-wide
- Translates business requirements into appropriately managed IT projects
- Facilitates development of cross-functional solutions that combine knowledge of particular business processes and issues, general technological operations, and process facilitation techniques
- Keeps the business area informed about upcoming IT changes and new directions
- Guides end-users through complex application functionality
- Works with end-users to select or create appropriate scenarios to test results and determine whether system changes meet project specifications
- Assists Quality Assurance when needed
- Ensures IT delivery is managed with transparency and reported back to the business against corresponding metrics
- Ensures development and application issues are analyzed and addressed
- Identification, communication and drive to resolution of risks and issues impacting business rules, requirements and specifications
- Lead and/or assist in scope management of applications
- Foster partnerships with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Business and Tech Partner teams
- Perform other duties as assigned or required
