Job Description:
Provide input on performance reviews on software development team members.
• Must possess the ability to explain intricate and complicated concepts and ideas.
• Must possess the ability to work cross functionally with diverse teams, departments, and divisions.
• Passion for leading Scrum teams to continually improve quality and delivery.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban principles.
• Ability to work both in a team and alone.
• Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified or Professional Scrum Trainer (CST, PST).

Minimum Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in information technology (IT) project management.
Critical Skills:
• Recent Scrum Master experience with detailed understanding of and experience with Agile project planning and management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Scaled Agile, Kanban), workflow process documentation, operational improvement and intermediate financial and statistical analysis skills.
• Experienced in managing multiple teams (avg. size *** and multiple projects simultaneously while meeting goals and objectives through appropriate problem-solving, delegation and decision making.
• Experience on software development teams with a strong understanding of software development and software quality disciplines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer/stakeholder management.
• Advanced skills with MS Office Suite including MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Project, MS Publisher and MS Visio. Plus, technology focused project management tools—e.g., JIRA and Confluence, etc.
• Additional Knowledge & Skills:
Scrum Master Certification and experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) highly preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus.
• Experience within the healthcare IT and/or healthcare field with knowledge of medical business process, operations and tools preferred.
