About this role:
- Ideal candidate should have experience dealing with highly complex projects and isn't afraid of problem sets they haven't encountered before.
- Someone who has experience working with engineers of all levels (senior, mid, associate).
- Someone who is experienced with JIRA and is willing to adapt to in place processes and ceremonies
- Someone who is an experienced leader and who can communicate effectively across competencies (engineering, other TPMs, Program management)
- Understand the project with least documentation and create knowledge sharing documentation.
Must Have:
- Good communication and staying on top the tasks (including prompt response to the client manager as well as other internal customers)
- Problem solving skill in multi-tier application
- Good Experience of managing a team
- Excellent understanding of Jira, Github, Wiki
- Scrum/Kanban board management
- Media domain (video streaming) are highly preferred
- 7-10 years of experience would be preferred because hiring manager is not looking for a very senior PM
Good to have:
- Programming knowledge (Java)
- AWS
- Tech skills are good to have and hands-on is not needed at all

- If the person is a non-technical PM, he/she must have managed projects in Media domain or video streaming area, the client can talk to him/her
- If the person is technical PM who has managed software development projects (java stack) and comes from Java development background, theclient can consider him/her too.
