Position: Control-M Engineer/Architect
Location: Atlanta, GA 30346
Duration: Ongoing Contract
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience working as a Control-M subject matter expert
- Professional experience with batch scheduling and processes
- 3+ years' experience with PowerShell scripting for automation purposes
Day-to-Day:
- Support *** different applications that house customer, marketing and financial data.
- Will be using PowerShell scripts for automation purposes and to pull batch files for Enterprise Data Solutions (EDS).
- Establish a firm foundation in the distributed Control-M environment, functioning of components and capabilities of various add-on products
- Install Control-M/Server and associated fix packs and establish communication with Control-M/EM, using the Control-M Configuration Manager user interface
- Install, configure, and administer agent platforms, including Control Application Plug-ins (emphasis on AFT Plug-in), and install multiple agents on one machine
- Implement agentless platforms for job execution
- Configure options related to alerts, email, and STMP
- Manage and troubleshoot new day processing
- Implement Business Service Management features of the Control-M solution, including Control-M/Forecast, BMC Batch Impact Manager, and Control-M Self Service
