Job Description:
- Experience in IT Operations & Maintenance
- Support all printers, LCDs, CCTV, projector and audio equipments
- Provide IT support across the organisation
- Ensure Network security and connectivity
- Monitoring and maintaining IT assets and network & services
- Manage virtual server provisioning both in-house and cloud PaaS
- Experience in Firewall, VPN, Load Balancing, Wi-Fi
Requirements:
- Responsible of assisting in full data availability and integrity (backups, disaster recovery, business continuity).
- Implement new network equipment to establish new services for improving existing infrastructure, assist in server implementation
- Ensure network and systems security to protect the Organization.
- Research, Evaluation and Implementation of new technologies to keep Keywords up to date with Industry trends and advancements.
- Whenever required, provide backup coverage of all administrator duties and responsibilities.
- Availability and support in order to perform after hour / weekend activities (scheduled OR emergency).
- Work on assigned projects as a team member or team leader.
- Communicate with Client IT team and troubleshoot issues (VPN, Proxy, firewall etc.).
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Always ready to walk the extra mile.
- Experience with multi-site /multi -continental enterprise architecture.
- Previous experience working in the Gaming industry.
- Working knowledge of Linux server’s administration.
- Working knowledge of VMware, vSphere.
- In-depth knowledge of and experience with major internet routing protocols; specifically, BGP and OSPF
- Experience designing network and datacenter installations
