Role: Product Launch Manager
Location: NYC, Minnetonka, or Hartford
Length: 6 months (TBD)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Software, Business, Engineering or related discipline with an emphasis in Project Management or an equivalent combination of education, experience and/or applicable military experience
- 5+ years of demonstrated Project Management experience
- 2+ of experience in Product Management including launching new technology products and / or features
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare Experience
- Experience with large scale technology implementation projects including custom software development and/or third party software integrations
- Project Management experience within Agile Scrum; ideally within UHC or Optum
- Experience with UHC product development and/or uAccelerate product development methodology
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Relationship management-- cross functional project leadership
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a matrix environment
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence others
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and rapidly changing entrepreneurial environment
