Job Description:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or other technical degree.
• Minimum of 7 years in the financial industry or software delivery experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in a technical environment including application development and testing.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in designing high performing applications.
• Experience in BPM / workflow and rule engine products.
• Must have hands-on experience in developing applications or customizing products.
• Development skills with databases (SQL, ORACLE, DB2, etc.).
• Knowledge of application development services using the following technologies (Java, SQL, Oracle, XML, Web Services, etc.).
• Experience in integration with external application / data sources.
• Through understanding of system deployment architecture, security and performance.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide directions to resolve the issues.
• Expertise in building low level design, data dictionary and data mapping documents.
• Excellent client facing and presentation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Experience in consumer risk applications and interacting with credit bureaus is preferred.
• Knowledge of Financials solutions and/ or competitor solutions preferred.
