Description
Client ERP Support Division has a requirement for an SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) consultant. This position will be required for an initial period of three months. The City recently implemented MDG for materials in the Spring of *** Since that time, we have received multiple requests for system improvements to streamline the business process. This position will assist the ERP Support Division with implementing these improvements and providing knowledge transfer to the ERP Support Analysts.
- Minimum 2 complete MDG implementations with prior experience using MDG for Materials
- Knowledge and experience with MDG configuration: Data Modeling, UI Modeling, Data Quality and Search, Process Modeling
- Experience with the following technical components: ABAP Webdynpro, Floor Plan Manager (FPM), ABAP Object Oriented Programming, Workflow (especially using Business Rule Framework Plus)
- Knowledge of master data best practices and industry standards
- Experience in SAP system development lifecycle from understanding of requirements to proper design techniques, configuration, writing specifications, testing, and documentation as needed.
- Knowledgeable in SAP industry best business practices. Must demonstrate a thorough understanding of SAP methodology, principles, theories, concepts and techniques
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Must be able to properly communicate and document findings, proposals, solutions and analyses as developed.
