QA Project Manager, Sandy Springs GA Job requirement

The QA Project Manager is a member of a team dedicated to a multi-year journey to replace and rebuild the core platform used to administrate policies for customers through the policy lifecycle including billing and claims management.

Since this is a total business transformation for the client, you will be able to heavily influence our success by ensuring our quality project delivers a solution that is acceptable and usable by our business.

Role:

Coordinate and deliver a quality assurance project for the benefit of all the other projects in the program. (You will coordinate the testing activities for policy, billing, claims, portal, integrations, data, data conversion, document generation, etc.)

Deliver projects to completion through waterfall (current state) with some agile concepts helping to lead us to a fully agile (future state) methodology

Maintain and coordinate testing activities with our software partner and testing partner with local and off-shore teams

Report regularly on status of the journey and identify, raise and resolve issues quickly and completely

Full project accountability: from managing the change to budgeting and building a team with the right skills to deliver quality assurance services to the program

Skills:

5+ years of current experience in Project Management, leading QA teams

10 + years in QA

Fundamental understanding of IT systems and architecture

Experience with Insurance industry
