- This person needs to be a very smart and trusted solutions person who can think creatively and advise us as to options and considerations as we hit major decision points.
- As our solution is one that is already highly customized, he/she should have a good deal of experience overseeing Salesforce development and playing a hands-on role with configuration and customization in that kind of environment
- which is clearly more complex than straight-up SF config.
