The resource should have experience and the ability to explain about the business process around the config of their module. Preferably they have experience with customized solutions as well as how to explain the reason why they had to customize. Isn’t that concerned how many implementations they have done. He’s more worried about the quality of each project. The best consultants should have minimum of 5 years but are not limited to that level of experience.
