This position will be responsible for providing technical architecture for the Arkansas Workforce Integrated Network System (ARWINS).

The Sr. Java Developer will provide:Expertise in developing reliable and scalable enterprise applications using Servlets, JSPs, JSTL, JMS, JDBC, AJAX, Java Mail, XML, XSLT, JNDI, EJB, Web Services, JavaScript, CSS, XML, HTML and DHTML.
Additional requirements include:
• Expertise in implementation of MVC using frameworks such as Struts, spring, Spring Web flow. HTML to create web interfaces. Development experience with Java Beans and used custom tag libraries.
• Experience in deployment of the J2EE applications on Tomcat, IBM Web Sphere, and JBOSS.
