Job Description:
- DB2/PostgreSQL conversion
- Converting inline queries in Java, other interfaces for DB migration, would prefer to have below skills.
- heterogeneous database migration skills
- Strong in SQL development, analyzing, understanding and rewriting SQL if necessary for better performance.
- Unix Shell scripting
- Perl/Python programming is a big plus for migrating Perl interfaces
- Basic DBA skills
- Primary focus is on converting stored procedures, views, triggers, and user defined functions.
