This person will act as trusted advisor for our clients SAP related to business technology delivery including business benefits, industry architecture frameworks like TOGAF, Integration Patterns, Process Modelling, business process design for Digital, Mobility, Analytics, Cloud, IoT devices / technologies, HANA, Portals and EAI.Deliver end to end program (from ideation, conception discovery workshops to execution - Go Live) using business KPI’s/CSF’s, help prepare benefit logic and deliver technology-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:Experience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams, managing multiple tasks/assignments with staggered due dates and deadlines through effective time management skills.High degree of independent decision making required. Must be a self-motivated and pro-active leader and possess a strong decision making, problem solving and analytical skills.Anticipates and recommends technical solutions to business problems. Accountable for maintainability, reliability, and availability of systems solutions relative to business expectations.Negotiate, secures, oversee and ensure that resources are available to meet the daily operational demands of the area.Oversee and control department budgets, project capital/RCE expenditures & ROI: develop, monitor and meet expense and recovery plans; continually look for opportunities for cost reductions and cost avoidance.Establish and maintain high-quality relationships with all levels across the company and with external partners.
Required Skills:10– 12 years of experience with multiple large-scale SAP implementations with Fortune *** clientsExpert knowledge of SAP Database structures/tables for various functional modules, OER, SAP Fiori, SAP HANA, Native HANA and SAP ABAP languageKnowledge of Ariba / ERP Integration, HANA, EAM, Digital / Mobile / EAI (PI / HCI) / HANA / IoT/ Portal / eCommerce /Cloud (Public AWS / Private) is required/desiredKnowledge of SAP SD Configuration, Sales Order Management, ATP, Billing, Intercompany process, Listings/Exclusions, Billing Plan is highly desired
Desired Certifications:Certified SAP HANA Cloud Integration (HCI / HANA Cloud Platform (Integration Services)Certified on SAP Solution Manager – SolMan 7.2 or S/4 HANA or S/4 HANA Implementation or Configuration for Operations or SolMan for SAP Business SuiteCertified AWS Solution Architect; TOGAF Enterprise Architect
