Description:
This position will be responsible for providing day to day technical team management, Java / Curam development for the Arkansas Workforce Integrated Network System (ARWINS).
Local candidate preferred.
Responsible for the functional or non functional sprint mgmt. and deliverables. Ensures barriers are removed and shields the team from external interferences.
Work also includes Services Oriented Architecture framework (“SOA Framework”) design, business architecture, integration, quality assurance, testing, training and related project management activities.
The ARWINS system is currently being used in production by trained TANF case managers in selected areas. The system is built on an open source stack with the following major software components:
