ESB Business Systems Analyst (MuleSoft)
- Gather requirements from stakeholders including business subject matter users and IT teams
- Write clear and complete and detailed integration requirement specifications, ensuring the design is of the most efficient streamlined flow without redundancies
- Recognize common requirements and document re-usable code and procedures to improve the team’s efficiency and productivity.
- Work with the development team to handover the detailed data layer mapping for coding
- Assist in creation of Test cases with QA testing team and business
PROFICIENCY:
- Data Flow Diagrams, Control Flow Diagrams (Flowcharts), Use Case Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams, State Transitions Diagram.
