Duration: 12 month contract
C2C: $80-85 per hr on C2C
Our client, a leader in their industry is actively seeking an Agile Leader for a 12 month contract assignment in the Columbus, Ohio area. This role is part of a production factory and is responsible for guiding individual product development teams within charge through the technical development of digital solutions. The role includes coaching the team on how to use agile values, agile principles, and scrum practices to meet business unit needs and build a culture of trust, respect, simplicity, courage, transparency, and agility. Responsibilities include:
- Take ownership of the technical development of the project once it is approved by BU's prioritization committee and assigned for technical development
- Address issues and obstacles for the digital product development team/pod in order to maximize their efficiency in product delivery
- Provide technical coaching to the product development team/pod
